[Usage]

A super vulcanization promoter for natural rubber and butadiene styrene rubber. Usually used in combination with thiazole and sulfonamide accelerators because it is non staining, non polluting, and can also be used as a main promoter for continuous vulcanization. It can be directly added to rubber without causing scorching, with fast vulcanization speed and increased tensile strength. Mainly used for manufacturing airbags (inner tubes, water tires), when used in combination with thiram and thiazole accelerators, it can improve vulcanization speed. The amount of vulcanizing agent added is 2-4%, and the amount of accelerator added is 0.5-2%.
