[Usage]

A superior phosphate ester antioxidant with a white powder appearance, easily soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, chloroform, and cyclohexane, slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone, insoluble in polar solvents such as water and alcohol, and slightly soluble in esters. Low toxicity, low volatility, high thermal stability, excellent hydrolysis resistance, and effective decomposition of hydroperoxides generated during thermal processing of polymer materials. It has a good synergistic effect with hindered amine antioxidants 1010 and Chemicalbook1076, which can improve the stability of polymer materials during thermal processing. There are more than ten types of formulations that are compounded with phenolic antioxidants, widely used in polyolefins (such as polyethylene, polypropylene) and olefin copolymers, polyamides, polycarbonates, PS resins, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber and petroleum products, ABS resins, and other polymer materials. Complex compounds can also be used for adhesives.
