*Diluents and leveling agents, as good solvents, can dilute coatings and help them form a more uniform wetting oil film on the surface, reducing defects such as missed brushing and foaming.

*Plasticizers,increasing the spacing and interaction forces between coating molecules, improve the softness, toughness, and corrosion resistance of coatings, and prevent cracking and peeling.

*Low volatility and high boiling point of dodecanol esters help to prolong the drying time of coatings, improve leveling and coating properties, and increase the service life of coatings. It is also widely used in lotion, adhesives, building coatings and other fields.
